On playhouses with a second storey, we have designed a full height safety rail to ensure that children are not able to climb or fall over the top. The spacing distance between the spindles and ladder rungs all comply with the trading standards regulations EN71.

Added precautions include the use of piano hinges on all doors and frames to reduce the risk of finger entrapment and only those which are stainless steel and rust and oxidization-free. At the top of the stairs we have included hand grips as an added precaution.
