Our 10-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of an Activeplay.co.uk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 10 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the instructions below to return your item.
If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. If you choose to return the item to us, please follow the instructions below.
If we sent you an item you did not order
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, e-mail us and let us know. We'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.
Acceptance of Goods
We must insist that our goods are signed for at the time of delivery and that the packaging is checked for any damage to its outer carton. Any substantial damage must be reported to your courier at the time of delivery and refused. We can then arrange for a replacement to be dispatched straightaway or a refund if preferred.
We expect that once received and inspected by the customer, unsatisfactory goods must be brought to our attention by the customer. If no such notification from the customer is received we shall consider the goods as being accepted. Activeplay sets a time limit of 10 working days for the customer to notify us of a return. The first day of the 10 day money back guarantee period is the day of receipt of the goods by the customer. Reject products cannot be accepted at a later date.
Returns Procedure
Activeplay will be happy to provide refunds or replacement goods if those goods returned to us within 10 working days. In cases of returns where goods are not damaged or faulty a collection fee will apply.
Our returns procedure requires the customer to contact Activeplay customer Services on returns@activeplay.co.uk stating your order number and the reason for the return.
